ImageReducer is a convenient tool for iOS and OSX developers that allows them to quickly and easily resize @2x and -hd images. It supports .jpg, .png, .tif, and .bmp formats and requires only a few steps to reduce the images. Simply drag the @2x or -hd named image to the ImageReducer app and select the output folder and the image will be resized.
