IRS Form W-4 is an official IRS form used by employees to declare their withholding exemptions from their paycheck. This self-calculating W-4 form in pdf format allows employees to sign electronically, so that no paper copy is needed. The pdf forms were downloaded from the official IRS website and calculations were added for the 2016 version.
