iWEBmaster is an (X)HTML editor that allows you to create pages for a website easily.
It is designed mainly for inexperienced users. For this reason, sample codes are heavily commented, as in a tutorial. Through such tutorial samples one learns how to add buttons, tables, lists, JumpMenus, and other useful stuff; and its CSS Editor lets you create new styles, and import and create .css files. Adding tags, colors, and accented characters is also a very simple process.
