Jane's Realty is a simple time-management game with a construction theme. Your job will be to construct buildings and provide citizens with all the buildings and structures they demand. On every level you will have a number of goals that you need to achieve in order to move to the next one. Moreover, you can furnish those houses with the available furniture and according to your budget, but you should always follow the customer's tastes to decide where to place them in the house. This will increase your chances of renting or selling a house. In addition to this, you should always try to keep your tenants happy by sending presents or performing upgrades to their houses. Remember that power plants and water towers are essential in order to continue building, so you must ensure there are enough of these for all the buildings you construct.
The game includes two modes: Business and Design, but the latter is only unlocked after you have completed level 3 in the other mode. Sadly, the game offers simple graphics and sounds, and the music is suitable, but a bit repetitive.
