The intention of Jewel Fever is simple. The player will need to match three gems of the same color; causing them to disappear. More jewels will then drop down from the top of the screen. The standard mode will require a certain number of gems to be eliminated before the player is able to move on to a more difficult stage.
It is possible to choose from three different modes when playing Jewel Fever. These are Normal, Quick (matching as many as possible within 60 seconds) and Infinite (unlimited time). The graphics will display at 60 frames per second, so high-resolution screens are supported. Soothing background music and fun sound effects accompany each level.
