JPEE allows users to build mailing lists by merging, parsing and verifying the validity of email addresses. The utility includes multiple automation features designed to speed up the process of sending emails to all recipients on your lists. With this tool you will be able to import contact information from different sources or export recipient lists under various delimiter formats.
JPEE provides a project-based environment; this means you can add one or more mailing lists, save and reload them under a single JPPROJ file format. Each mailing list includes its own set of settings for both the recipients part of the list as well as the message that will be sent to them. Emails may be extracted from a disk location, database, text or vCard formatted file. The built-in message editor supports HTML tags. You can set up a mailing schedule to follow custom specifications: number of addresses per mailing and the time interval for sending emails.
The program's interface doesn't really do justice to its features; the layout is not particularly intuitive to use and the addition of a wizard would have made it more appealing to beginners. Other than that, this is a solid, highly customizable mailing list tool.
