Kayako Desktop is a program for monitoring visitors information and data form a network.
Two options are available for data retrieval:
-Use HTTP streaming: Opens a continuous stream of data for real-time visitor information and alerts. This option is recommended.
-Fetch data on an interval: Updates visitor information and alert data every x seconds.
