LadyBugz is a Mac-compatible FogBugz client that enables users to manage their FogBugz cases and respond to customer inquiries in one native application. Features include: integrated case and event browser, snippet support for editing cases and replying to emails, and drag-and-drop assignment, project change, and milestone setting. The app also counts the number of "unread" cases that have been updated since the user last read them.
