Loan Assistant is a simple loan calculator for your Mac. The application is easy to use and has an intuitive interface. It shows details per payment (amount paid, amount owed, interest paid, interest owed, amount of principal paid), and has the ability to export to CSV (spreadsheet) for further processing.
Home mortgage, car loans, student loans - all you need to do is input the details, and Loan Assistant will do all the hard work for you, with a single click.
