Lovely for Spotify makes it very easy to add songs currently playing on Spotify to your favorites list. You can use the icon in the menu bar to quickly add the playing song to the favorites list. The same task can be performed by pressing the global keyboard shortcut. Consequently, you have the current song displayed in the menu bar.
