Lupa2 is a magnifying glass with a twist. It functions as a desktop magnifying glass, but now allows for non-proportional x/y magnifications, creates Lupa Cursor with different shapes, displays a fixed position on the screen, and is an ActiveX control, so it can be used in custom programs.
