One way to make sure to never lose your emails is to back them up somewhere on your PC. MailStore Home is a program developed for Windows that helps you complete the aforementioned task with just a few clicks.
You can back up all of the messages that are being stored in your email account. The utility supports email services such as Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Windows Mail, etc. The only thing you need to do in order to back up your messages is to grant it permission to access your email account. You can do that from your default web browser.
After you back up your emails, you can use MailStore Home to read, print, and export your messages to your local directories.
You also have access to an efficient search tool and to various sorting options when managing the backed up emails.
The only thing missing from this program is a built-in help manual which might prove to be of good use to people who are new with this type of Windows tools. Still, you can find plenty of useful instructions on the homepage of the developer.
All in all, MailStore Home proves to be a reliable solution for backing up your emails. It's effective, works fast, and comes without a price.
