MSQuant is a software tool for quantitative proteomics/mass spectrometry. It processes spectra and LC runs to find quantitative information about proteins and peptides, both automatically and manually. It has been designed to handle the changing requirements of the mass spectrometry field and to support new mass spectrometers. MSQuant enables users to process data quickly.
