The software can easily facilitate all kinds of massage therapists and other professionals that offer manual therapy such as chiropractic, acupuncture, osteopathy, reflex point therapy, spinal manipulation and sports medicine. Massage services businesses are in equal need of proper service management as any other company that operates on the basis of earning financial profits. The software can handle the work load of a single practitioner as well as a whole health center. The main purpose and utility of the program is the management efficiency it offers, besides its easy use.

The Massage Scheduling Software is easy to use, simple software that can be operated by anyone without any difficulty. The menu of the program presents four program icons of Therapists, Clients, Reports and Scheduler.

The Therapists section can be utilized through creating ndividual profiles of every therapist involved in a health center. This profile will hold all personal information such as contact details, specializations and other profession related data.

The Clients section olds a complete record profile of every client that receives service from a therapist with all his/her details including address, email, mobile and other phone numbers. The program allows direct phone calls to be made on saved numbers via the program along with the option of using Skype to contact clients on their IDs. An additional feature offered in the program is of capturing the photos of the therapists and the clients, saving it with their profiles to be referred to later on whenever the need arises.

The Reports section reveals a complete financial earning statement on a daily basis with records of all services offered on each date and the service amounts charged. The reports section also lists the name of the therapist who offered that service and to whom.
