Find music, videos, images, podcasts, games, etc. on your computer, organize them into a library, and then seamlessly transfer files to Sony smartphones, tablets, or PSPs. Synchronize your folders, monitor the space usage, and select backup options.
Media Go is an application developed by the Sony company to help Windows users organize their favorite music, movies, and pictures. It also provides you with a simple and efficient way to transfer your media files to multiple Sony devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and many others.
After you install the program on your Mac, it will automatically import sample files from several monitored folders (these directories are created after you install the app). You can change the destination of these directories. Simply go to File -> Add/Remove Media from Library and choose the folders for each category of files (music, videos, etc.).
An advantage is the fact that you can convert the imported files between multiple media formats. What's more, the program lets you preview your photos in slideshow mode, watch movies with attached subtitles, play music, etc.
The only bad thing I have to say about this utility is that it occasionally runs slow, especially when starting video playback.
Other than that, not much more can be said about this program. It works with many media formats and Sony devices, lets you convert your files with just a few clicks. and provides you with a quick way to organize your music, movies, and pictures. Plus, it's free of charge. So, even if you don't own a Sony media device you should give it a try.
