Medieval II Total War now takes us into a different campaign, the Teutonic Campaign. The story line centers around 1250 and the fight of Christianity against easter Europe's pagans. This, in history, was called the Northern Crusades, and thanks to this amazing expansion pack you can write your own history.
As always, the amazing quality of the Total War games is shown here, and if you were already a fan of the series you are going to love this expansion pack. It brings new factions, units and features into the game play. The new factions are: The Teutonic Order, Kingdom of Denmark, Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Grand Duchy of Novgorod, Holy Roman Empire, Kingdom of Poland, Kingdom of Norway and the Mongol Empire. The factions have pros and cons between them, when one may lack the technology it may make it up with numbers. The expansion also brings a new technology tree into the game.
If you are already a big fan of the series, then you cannot miss this campaign, the units are beautifully modeled and the battles are breathtaking.
