MemosUploader is a desktop utility which you can use to upload your memos exported from the Palm Desktop application for Mac. The app not only that converts your Palm export into a format compatible with Google Docs, but it also uploads the converted file to Google Docs and automatically divides the file into multiple parts if it exceeds Google Doc's upload limit.
