Meneré is a desktop app that allows you to access RSS aggregation services like Feedly or Fever and sync them. You can send any item to your App.net account (you can authorize multiple and choose) which will send a post with the link added as link entity. It keeps you up-to-date with news by reading them online, using dedicated websites.
