Menu Bar Filter is an iOS-like dark menu bar for OS X. To install, download and unzip the file, then drag it to your Applications folder. After that, add it to your Login Items under System Preferences/Accounts. You may also want to uncheck the "Translucent menu bar" option under System Preferences/Desktop.
