In this game, you are the pilot of a spaceship with the mission of destroying rows of bricks that are guarded by enemy robots and ships by launching and bouncing spherical projectiles. This may sound simple, but it is not. First, your spaceship can only move horizontally and has a limited amount of ammunition. Also, the bricks are made of different materials and react differently when hit. For example, there are bricks that are made of metal, and need a special fireball to be destroyed. Others need to be hit twice, and still others launch radioactive charges that can harm you if they hit your ship.
There are also some bonuses. Some of the bricks can give you special powers, such as the aforementioned fireball, or give you three spheres at a time, thus increasing both your destructive capacity and the difficulty of the game.
In general, this is a fun and addictive game with different difficulty levels. The graphics and feel reminds the old arcade games from the '80s and '90s, so if you liked those games, then you may enjoy this one.
An important disadvantage of the game is that it requires an 800 x 600 screen resolution. This may cause conflicts with other programs, so you may take it into account.
You can play the shareware version of the game during 60 minutes. If you like it and want to play it longer, then you will need to purchase a license.
