It is always important to keep up to date with the latest news while out and about. Microsoft News offers one-touch access to breaking stores so that the users will remain informed at all times.
Microsoft News provides access to live feeds 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Some of the categories to choose include (but are not limited to) money, investing, politics, sports, and entertainment. Another useful feature associated with this application is that the user is able to pick and choose which categories are their most important. Once these preferences are entered, only the most pertinent news stories will be presented. The interface itself is clean and uncluttered, so navigation is not an issue.
Users will be alerted on their mobile device in the event of a breaking story. Editions from more than 20 countries are available and each visual icon can be expanded if desired. Thus, encountering long-scrolling content is no longer an issue. This app hosts major providers such as CNBC, CNN and The Wall Street Journal.
