MIDI Player & Converter is an application that lets you play and convert MIDI files to more than 10 types of music formats, such as MP3, WAV, Apple Lossless, AAC, AC3, AU, AIFF, AMR, FLAC, M4A, MP2, Ogg, and WMA. The program allows you to choose instruments, change key and time structure, transpose, shift notes, measure length, combine notes, show note letters, play the selected measure in a loop, etc.
