As soon as you launch the program, a welcome window will deliver you all the information you need regarding the program's functionality; additionally, you can get re-directed to the support page of the product where you will find a handy video tutorial.
A new icon will appear on the status bar of your Mac from where you can add or remove tasks from your calendar. For any task you add to the list, you will be able to enter tags, priority level, due date and many other details. Once you click the "Start" button, the time counter will start running and you can get back to your work; if you complete the task before its deadline, you can click the "Complete Task" and the timer will go off.
