Minesweeper Fun is a Mac app inspired by the classic Minesweeper game. Your objective is to clear the board without detonating any of the hidden bombs and collect as many points as possible.
The app's main window looks a bit different than the one of the original Minesweeper game. You can choose between three background themes and select the preferred difficulty level.
This game also provides you with a comprehensive help guide that teaches you how to play and win challenges. The app will also display various instructions on its main window.
One thing that bothers me is the fact that I can't "flag" cells by right-clicking over the tiles. You need to drag-and-drop the flag icon over the cell you wish to mark as obstacle (the original Minesweeper game allowed users to right-click cells).
Another aspect I don't like is that the app lacks an option to resize its window.
Nonetheless, I still think it's worth trying Minesweeper Fun while you're on a break from work or relaxing in front of your home computer. Plus, the app comes without a price tag.
