mIRC is a very popular IRC (Internet relay chat) client. This program allows you to connect to various networks at the same time. Fortunately, it allows voice chat, text formatting and multimedia objects. Moreover, it can handle CTCP commands and events.
The interface is rather straightforward; yet, its design is not very attractive. Its installer has a small size and the program requires no special skills to install it correctly. In general, mIRC has the advantage of being small and reliable. Furthermore, it allows you to connect to a very wide community of users worldwide and share multiple types of contents with them.
