MoodleXMLBuilder converts commonly-used test generator output into the Moodle extensible markup language (XML) format. It is a Java desktop application designed to assist instructors in converting to the Moodle course management system. MoodleXMLBuilder converts images to a base64 format and embeds the images directly into the Moodle XML file.
