Movavi Screen Capture Studio for Mac is a feature-rich tool created for users who wish to record Skype conference calls, create video tutorials for their apps, and produce quality slideshows with minimum effort. This utility provides you with all the features you could possibly need from a video recording app. It lets you choose from a wide variety of output formats, and gives you access to many video editing options.
The first window you see after launching the app is a screen where you can choose the area you need to record and configure some basic output options. This utility can also highlight mouse clicks and cursor and record keystrokes. You can pause or stop video recording by hitting certain key combinations (they are listed and can be changed from the Preferences panel).
Once you finish recording, you can alter the clip by adding background music, including images or applying various visual effects. Then, you can export the video to your local directories. In addition, you can use the built-in video editor to create photo slideshows by using images and audio files from your Mac.
The one thing that bothered me while testing this Mac program was the fact that it crashed one time while editing the video recording. Since it was a singular case I assume the problem was caused by something from my Mac and not Movavi Screen Capture Studio. I restarted the app and everything went well.
With that being said, it is definitely worth buying this program for your computer. It's very simple to use, provides you with plenty of useful features, and offers high-quality results in no time. Plus, it comes with a reasonable price.
