Movie Rotate FREE is a simple application that offers a convenient solution to rotate video files. The tool may become useful either for correcting videos that were recorded from a tilted angle, or for deliberately changing the inclination angle of a displayed image, in order to confer a special effect to your video.
The program opens with a small dialog meant to guide you in using the tool and to prevent you about the limitations of the free version compared to the full edition. Once you close this tip box, the main window of the utility is displayed with an invitation to drag and drop the video file you want to edit. You have the chance to play the imported movie and slide the angle-controlling bar in order to correct the inclination of the image. The rotation can be performed in any angle from 0 to 360 degrees.
While previewing it, you can rewind, pause, fast-forward, and loop-playback the selected video. Once the rotation angle is determined, you just output your project to a specific computer location. The video will be saved with 360SD quality, as it is the only quality supported by the free version of the application. The resulting file is renamed automatically – the new name will contain information related to the quality and the inclination degrees of the rotated video.
