Muffin Knight is a great platform game with nice graphics. The game tells the story of a little boy who one day comes across a basket of muffins. Thinking he will have a feast, he tries to grab one of the muffins, but when he touches them, they fly into the air and disappear. Then, when a magic fairy comes out of the forest, he realizes that those were magic muffins. The fairy wants them back, so he makes the boy a Knight, a Muffin Knight. From that moment on, your goal is to recover those muffins. Thus, you are taken to different locations, where you fight different enemies to get them back.
The gameplay is very simple. In each level, you collect as many muffins as you can while trying not to get killed by enemies. There are different types of enemies, some are stronger and some are bigger. You can shoot them with arrows or any of your special powers. Every time you grab a muffin, the fairy turns you into a different character. You can become an archer, a unicorn, a pumpkin and many more. You need to unlock these characters, first, and you do that by playing a lot and earning experience points by killing enemies and collecting muffins. Every character has a unique ability.
Muffin Knight has a multiplayer mode, but I was unable to find an opponent online.
