Highly reminiscent of the arcade fighting games from the 90s, Mugen Anime Fight offers a wide roster of characters to choose from. Once you’ve chosen the character you want, you can then commence a battle against a computer-controlled opponent. Knock them out within the time limit to win.
Similar to action-packed one-on-one games like Tekken and Street Fighter, Mugen Anime Fight also allows the player to pick a hero and fight a multitude of opponents in a series of matches right afterward. You can play the campaign mode or fight in a tournament, all while trying out different characters with varied playing styles.
These heroes come from beloved media franchises, as well. Perform the perfect combos to knock out your enemies in record time. The game is plagued by rather insistent ads and is done withpoorly rendered graphics, however. It’s also prone to lagging and loads quite slowly.
Thanks to the classic arcade fighting game mechanics and the hero selection, Mugen Anime Fight is a considerable way to pass the time. You may fight in a lax campaign mode or go all-out in a high-stakes tournament. Just beware of the persistent ads and the slow loading times, however.
