Mule Studio is the preferred way to design, test and deploy applications for Mule ESB and iON. Mule Studio support similar features as Mule IDE around XML code completion, etc. and add many other graphical ones on top of that. So it can be used by different type of users. With Studio GA approaching, we will be deprecating Mule IDE. Mule IDE will be still available but all new development will go towards Mule Studio.
