- Compatibility issues with OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard have been resolvedImportant notice for Mountain Lion users: My Medical is compatible with OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. However, the iCloud Sync feature is not yet compatible and may cause My Medical to not work properly. We recommend keeping iCloud Sync off and instead using the Send to/Receive from Another Device options to transfer data to other devices.
