All in all, NetSupport Manager is a great tool mostly in the hands of employers who need to know what the personnel under their supervision is doing during work hours. Likewise, it has powerful diagnostics and collaboration tools that allow giving proper assistance if a problem arises. Fortunately, this can be done by not only your Windows PC but also other devices running Mac, Android, iOS, Linux and Chrome OS. Although the program is shareware, there are, unfortunately, various limitations as to what you can do with its trial version.
