NoteSpirit is a program designed to help you manage your daily tasks and organize notes with minimum effort. This application might prove to be of good use to Mac users who require assistance in remembering the things they need to do before they meet their deadlines.
The utility provides you with a straightforward and nicely-designed interface, lets you easily group your notes and to-dos into folders, and create and manage your own tag list. What's more, the app comes with a built-in search tool to help you find the assignments within moments.
Another good aspect about this task manager is that it allows you to include video recordings (taken with your webcam) and images into your notes. You can also choose the preferred text style and size, insert links, and attach documents to your task entries.
Personally, I don't like the fact that you can export your notes to only one output format (HTML). Plus, you need to upgrade the application to its Premium version to have access to all of its features (create as many libraries/folders as you want and back up your notes).
To conclude, NoteSpirit is a simple yet effective application to manage your daily assignments. Though, you can find plenty of app alternatives to working with this program that offer you additional features and don't cost a dime.
