Opus One is a management utility that works on Mac OS systems. It provides individuals the means to organize and prioritize their daily activities, in order to help them gain time and become more efficient. It's easy to install thanks to its straightforward proces.
The app comes wrapped in a nicely crafted user interface, with well-chosen colors and an innovative design. There are moments when tab switching becomes laggy, but this is just a minor incovenience.
As per its technical capabilities, Opus One includes Task Alarms synced throughout devices, Daily Schedule and Event Integration with Calendar, and Daily Notes with Motivational Quotes and the ability to include text and maps.
Furthermore, users are able to change the font at any point in the note, or its size, or its color. Other integrated functions include Planner Themes, New Widgets for Daily Tasks, Mission statement, or Values and Principles.
In conclusion, Opus One is the right tool to use when you want to better organize your daily activities and thus gain more time. As downsides, it doesn't support task import and cloud sync to other devices doesn't work.
