The Orban Loudness Meter receives a stereo signal from any Windows sound device and measures its loudness and level. It can simultaneously display instantaneous peaks, VU, PPM, CBS Technology Center loudness, and ITU BS.1770 loudness. The Orban Loudness Meter includes peak-hold functionality that makes the peak indications of the meters easy to see.
