OSM Combiner is a simple application that allows you to join multiple Openstreetmap based maps to a single one, and eliminating the overlapping segments. Also you can rename the maps at the same time. OSM Combiner is designed exclusively for the maps from garmin.openstreetmap.nl and OpenFietsMap.nl.
