Password Bank Vault is a Mac utility created for users who wish to store account information in one place. This application helps you keep track of your credit card details, email or social networking account info, software license keys, and many others.
Before using this program on your Mac you will need to enter a master password which will grant you access to the app's records and prevent unauthorized users from checking your private data.
You can organize the stored data into different tables. For instance, you can create a table to store information about your social networking accounts. Furthermore, the app lets you import CSV files containing account info, back up the stored info any time you like, and use the built-in password generator whenever it's necessary.
Personally, I didn't like the interface. I tested many password managers on my Mac and none looked like this program. Password Bank Vault displays several tabs that contain tables and a toolbar on its main window. To me, it doesn't look at all like a Mac OS X app. Another disadvantage is that the program lacks a search tool which might prove to be of good use if you have a long list of credentials and wish to find an entry with ease.
However, Password Bank Vault is free of charge. So, you can test it, see how it works, and then decide if the appearance of its interface and the lack of an integrated search tool mean much to you.
