This application is an easy solution to convert PDF documents into ePub format files. This way, you get the chance to turn PDF files into e-books, so that you can view them and read their contents on portable devices that support the ePub format.

The program provides a simple and easy-to-use interface that facilitates fast conversion of PDF files into ePub documents. What is good about this program is that you can add multiple files at once in order to convert them in batches. You have the ability to load PDFs either by browsing for files from within the application, or by using the drag-and-drop method. Once the items are imported, you can reorder them easily, simply by dragging a selected file towards a superior or inferior position within the input panel. File preview is supported, but unfortunately you can't actually read the files’ content – the program displays the pages as thumbnails, just enough to count the pages and inspect the layout. The moment the list of input files is completed, you can enable the conversion. Before that, it is advisable to select one of the supported languages for more accurate text recognition.

In short, PDF-to-ePub-Free offers a straightforward approach for making PDF files readable as e-books. Yet, the free edition of the program is poorly featured, and it may not help you very much. You can't convert selected pages and you aren't able to merge multiple PDFs into one large ePub document.
