Pearl Harbor: Fire on 1.0

Pearl Harbor: Fire on the Water is a simplistic action shooting game, in which you control a battleship and its weapons in an attempt to sink enemy vessels. It’s a game in which good timing and anticipation are valuable skills.

Unfortunately, Pearl Harbor: Fire on the Water lacks enough variety to keep me interested. It’s interesting only for the first couple of minutes, but then boredom kicks in. There are only a few different missions and locations, and there’s hardly any remarkable difference between your weapons or the encountered enemies.

The graphics are somewhat decent but not capable of compensating for the dullness of the game. Though its name might make you think that its main theme is connected to the historical event that happened at Pearl Harbor on World War 2, the game doesn’t focus on any storyline or plot.

The only thing I appreciate about this game is the fact that it can be played on both full screen and windowed mode.

Cutting long story short, in my humble opinion Pearl Harbor: Fire on the Water is not worth the asked price. It’s too simple and tedious to represent a remarkable name on the jam-packed market of today’s games.
