
Personal Workout is a Mac program developed for people who wish to complete their fitness programs from the comfort of their home. The application provides you with video tutorials and guides for various types of exercises, allows you to create your own workout sessions, and offers you detailed info regarding multiple types of exercises.
It might prove to be of good use to people who don't want to hit the gym and prefer exercising at their home. The app offers you fitness programs with exercises that were carefully selected to help you lose weight, tone your muscles, or stay fit.
After you select the type of program you wish to complete, the application gives you access to a list of workouts, each with different types of exercises. The program brings you video tutorials where a fitness instructor teaches you how to complete your workout sessions. A disadvantage is that you cannot fast-forward or rewind clips to a certain segment from the tutorial.
Furthermore, many of the app's features are locked. You need to make in-app purchases to unlock all of its features.
In my opinion, it isn't worth buying this app for your Mac. You can find free solutions on various video sharing websites.
