Phex is a free file sharing program running on the Gnutella Network which allows users to create private networks, distribute files decentrally, and send file-lists to friends. It is written in Java and runs on Windows, MacOSX, GNU/Linux, and other platforms that support a Java Virtual Machine. Phex is free software and distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
