Photo Collage 3.03

It is an easy-to-use and feature-rich program to create photo collages. Though, it does not look like that at first glance because of its unattractive interface. Still, when you start working with the application, you discover all of its options.

Photo Collage offers a number of frames, arts, backgrounds and templates to choose from, some additional ones can be downloaded from the program developer's website. So, just choose a template, add your pictures by simply dragging and dropping them, apply the desired changes, and, viola, your collage is ready. And, if it is not not enough, you can create a fully customizable collage. You can set a collage size, orientation (landscape or portrait), and background, change overlay order, add a text, rotate, resize, remove, add, or simply change a position of your collage objects. Besides the included collections of arts, frames, and backgrounds, you can browse for your own ones.

Moreover, the program has a built-in photo editor allowing you to adjust contrast, gamma, color balance and brightness of your pictures, and apply various effects to them. You can choose to emboss, twist, wave, spiral, or drip your pictures, make them fuzzy and apply lens effect to them, and even rotate them in 3D.

Unfortunately, Photo Collage enables you to save your projects only as image files. Still, you have several formats to choose from: JPG, BMP, PNG, PCX, TGA.

To conclude, though this program hardly has an attractive interface, it's still feature-rich software with the wide range of frames and templates to choose from.
