Discover the New Region of Deadfire

Following the success of the first Pillars of Eternity title, the multi-award-winning role-playing game is back to give you another thrilling dungeons and dragons (D&D) game. Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is the second installment to the popular single-player RPG. In this sequel, you will have to captain your ship to pursue a rogue god over land and sea. Embark on a dangerous voyage of discovery across the vast archipelago region of Deadfire. Built on the foundation of classic D&D gameplay, this game will immerse you in a deeper RPG experience—with vastly improved graphics, game mechanics, and a whole new hand-crafted adventure.

Captain Your Ship

Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire is a direct sequel to the first Pillars of Eternity game. It takes place in the world of Eora, and the players will assume the role of a Watcher, a character with the ability to look into the souls of other people and read their memories and past lives. The game will begin five years after the events of the first game. Eothas, the god of light and rebirth, has once again awakened and has started devouring the souls of the people in Eora. After being saved by Berath, the god of death, the Watcher becomes Berath’s herald and takes on the task of finding out Eotha’s plans. The hunt will take the Watcher to the Deadfire via ship. The hunter will then captain the voyage, wherein they must seek out answers.

Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire relies on the players’ actions. Your decisions greatly influence certain storyline elements. Not only that, but the game will also let you explore the depths of infinite possibilities, including detailed character customization, meaningful choices at every turn, and total freedom of exploration. As the captain of the ship, you can choose from seven different companions to join you on your quest and assign them multiple classes and abilities. If you are into isometric RPGs, this game is highly recommended.
