PlainTextEdit - Text to Speech lets you focus entirely on the text you write. You can open any plain text file, no matter its extension. The tool provides you with line, character, and word counter for the entire file or for the selected text. You can press the Text-to-Speech button to read the file entirely or only selected paragraphs.
