PowerEncoding is an easy and powerful tool for converting files’ encoding and line endings. The application only supports text-based files, such as .txt, .xml, and .cpp. Rich Text Format files, like .doc, .docx, or .rtf cannot be converted. The tool detects file’s encoding and line endings automatically and lets you preview the file’s content with the selected encoding. Batch conversion is also provided.
