PowerFlashPoint is an add-on for Microsoft PowerPoint that can convert presentations to flash movies.
The program works flawlessly with PowerPoint 2003, 2007 and even 2010.
By converting .PPS and .PPT to flash (.SWF) or .EXE files, you can not only reduce its size by nearly 98%. You will be able to share the content of your presentations with people that has not Microsoft PowerPoint installed. A flash file can even be viewed by people using different operating systems, in web pages or CD-ROMs.
PowerFlashPoint will add a tab to your PowerPoint menu. The first button, "Convert", will let you convert any presentation that you open into a .SWF or .EXE file. The program will convert any image, text, effect and sound used in the original .PPT or :PPS presentation to the Flash Format, slide by slide. This will take some time, mostly in those presentations loaded with effects and text.
You can add speech to your presentations, or insert flash movies or videos from YouTube before converting them. This program will also allow you to upload PowerPoint presentations to SlideServe, a free online PPT sharing portal.
PowerFlashPoint Demo version will convert up to ten slides of your presentation. It will not create single slide SWF movies, and it will add an extra slide with the text "PowerFlashPoint Demo" at the end of every Flash movie.
