Projectportal is a tool for small to medium sized, geographically dispersed, multimedia development teams. It includes a Quality Assurance (bug tracking) application and a document repository. The repository allows users to maintain different versions of documents and provides support for document check-in and check-out. People will be notified by email when documents are added and when new versions become available. The application is password-protected and provides different classes of users with different access rights.
