QuickEye Viewer can be used to view documents online or locally. It's an Open Source for Images and PDF documents which handles a set of images as though they were a multi-page document.
Quickeye Viewer works with QuickEye Estimator's Basic Mode to provide a measuring tool to allow you to produce quantity takeoffs without needing a paper print.
