raxmlGUI is a user-friendly graphical interface for conducting phylogenetic analyses using RAxML. Its main features include model selection for various data types (DNA, amino acid, binary, and multistate alignments), conversion of NEXUS to PHYLIP (and vice versa), importing FASTA files, ancestral state reconstruction, interactive exclusion of sites, combining multiple alignments with automatic partitioning, and interactive definition of topological constraints.
